1. Our Quality Guarantee
At Tikrasarganas, we stand behind the meticulous craftsmanship and premium materials used in every garment we create. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before being dispatched to ensure it meets our high standards of luxury and precision.
2. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window. If 14 days have passed since the date of your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel or swimwear.
- Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Limited Drop” event.
- Gift cards.
5. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model in a different size, please contact our support team to verify stock availability.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
